Description
Each variety is vinified separately. In January, we rigorously taste them all and decipher the best combination and composition. After a long aging process, we are ready. We then split the Gran Reserva batch in two. To our Brut Real, we add liqueur d’expédition (dosage), bringing forth its personality.
Tasting notes:
Bright yellow color with fine, constant bubbles. Very fresh, with prominent floral notes combined with ripe white fruit, Mediterranean herbs, and subtle toasted nuances. Intense and seductive on the palate. Balanced, fresh, enveloping, and long-lasting.
Varieties:
Macabeo, Xarel·lo, Parellada.
Food Pairing:
Elaborate salads, vegetables, roasted or grilled white meat, grilled fish, appetizers, and nuts.
