Description

Each variety is vinified separately. In January, we rigorously taste them all and unlock the best combination and composition. After a long aging process, we split the Gran Reserva batch in two. The Brut Real has liqueur d’expédition (dosage) added, but Nature remains untouched, and becomes a wilder version that speaks directly of our lands.
Tasting notes:
Deep and brilliant gold, with notable legs. Notes of ripe fruit, especially apple, and citrus, with hints of nuts and toast. Structured palate, with lively acidity, a full, dry entry. Long finish, with saline notes, nuts, and a mineral touch.
Varieties:
Macabeo, Xarel·lo, Parellada.
Food Pairing:
Potent match with rice dishes, cannelloni, blue fish, grilled seafood, legumes and dishes featuring Spanish cold meats and cured cheeses.
