Description
After a handpicked harvest of the grapes, a gentle pressing is followed by a natural clarification of the must. Alcoholic fermentation takes place in French oak barrels, where the wine rests for six months.
Tasting notes:
Pale yellow with greenish hues. Predominantly floral aroma combined with notes of white fruit, citrus, and fresh herbs. On the palate, there is a certain structure and vibrant acidity. Mineral notes with hints of mandarin and cinnamon. Persistent, elegant finish with a combination of salty freshness and spicy notes.
